DSF Partners with Mason’s Movement

We are pleased to announce a new partnership between DSF and the Mason’s Movement Foundation. Founded in 2020 by Amanda and Matt Langford in memory of their son Mason, who had Dravet syndrome and tragically passed away from SUDEP, Mason’s Movement Foundation is dedicated to supporting bereaved families.

One of their initiatives, The Good Mourning Project, is dedicated to offering resources, support, and remembrance items to newly bereaved parents and siblings. Their vision is to hold space for those who have lost a child or sibling, and offer light in a time of darkness. They provide a selection of carefully vetted books on grief for all ages, along with remembrance items for every family member.

Through this partnership, newly bereaved parents will be connected to Mason’s Movement through DSF, to ensure that grieving families within the Dravet syndrome community will have access to the support and resources they need during a challenging time.
