Caregiver Connect Grants are available from $100-$400 and can partially or fully fund a local Dravet family gathering or an ongoing Dravet support group in your area. For example, you can plan an event for families, a monthly coffee meet-up for moms, or a dinner for dads. The goal of the grants is to allow our community members to connect and receive support from one another. At this time, Caregiver Connect grants are only available for events within the United States.  

To apply for a grant, you must be a member of the DSF Family Network. If you are unsure if you are a member of the DSF Family Network, you can email Jamie@dravetfoundation.org prior to filling out this form.

An applicant may only apply once for a grant each calendar year. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your application to be reviewed and approved.

Funds are not available for parties for an individual child or family, awareness events, or for the benefit of individuals outside of the Dravet community.

Please describe your gathering and what it will offer (i.e., food, beverages, paid speaker, kids' activities, etc), as well as how many Dravet families will be participating and the total number of estimated attendees.
