At DSF, our mission is to aggressively raise funds for Dravet syndrome and related epilepsies; to support and fund research; increase awareness; and to provide support to affected individuals and families.
To accomplish this mission, DSF is currently developing our five-year strategic plan to set our priorities and initiatives for 2023-2028. As part of our strategic planning process, we need input from our patient families to help shape the future of DSF as well as to help us assess how we are supporting the diverse communities impacted by Dravet syndrome.
We invite our patient families to complete our survey to help gather information on what is most important to you and your family. Your insights will help define where DSF chooses to focus its efforts and what actions we will need to take to achieve these goals. The survey should take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete, and will be open through Friday, May 5th.
Our previous strategic plan and annual updates are available on our website, if you want to learn more about our past accomplishments.
