Did you know that hundreds of companies match donations by employees to our organization? Last year these matching gift programs helped DSF identify $65.698 in Match-Eligible dollars, doubling the impact of DSF supporter gifts and allowing us to do more for the people we serve.
Please use the search tool below to see if your company will match your donation. If your company is eligible, simply follow the instructions to apply for the match. We’ll do the rest. The impact of your gift to DSF may be doubled or possibly tripled. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.

Many corporations have giving programs designed to ensure their support aligns with specific social impact goals. Requiring documentation helps them vet nonprofits responsibly and confirm eligibility under their internal policies.
Is Dravet Syndrome Foundation (DSF) eligible for corporate matching and donation programs?
Yes. DSF meets standard eligibility criteria that most corporate programs look for:
- We are a registered 501(c)(3) public charity.
- We have an annual independent financial audit and submit IRS Form 990s.

What documents are typically needed to complete a nonprofit registration for workplace giving or matching?
Each company has its own process, but commonly requested documents include:
- IRS Determination Letter
- Most recent IRS Form 990
- Audited financial statement
- Annual Report
- Fairness, Openness and Health Equity Policy
