DSF Parent Ambassador

Christina Osenbach

Christina Osenbach is a parent advocate and digital creator based in North Carolina, where she lives with her husband, Bryan, and their four children. After a ten-year career as a Board Certified Elementary Education teacher, Christina made the intentional decision to step away from the classroom to become a full-time caregiver and advocate for her oldest child, B, following his first seizure at just four months old. His diagnosis reshaped her professional path and ignited a deep commitment to advocacy, education, and community impact for families affected by Dravet Syndrome.

Through a growing social media presence, Christina raises awareness, shares the realities of caring for a medically complex child, and supports fundraising efforts for the Dravet Syndrome Foundation. Her work centers on resilience, transparency, and empowering families navigating rare disease diagnoses, while helping bridge the gap between lived experience and public understanding.

Christina is driven to transform personal experience into collective action—advancing awareness, supporting research, and helping create a safer, more hopeful future for families affected by Dravet Syndrome.
