Benton LOVES police, Papa’s Boat, and living and loving life. He loves to go camping and ride on any motorized vehicle. He has the best big brother and even though life is tough we live each day for the small successes.

When did the patient’s seizures begin?

Benton’s seizures began at 8 months old.

What is your hope for the future your loved one? For the Dravet community?

We hope for a cure or an easier life for these resilient kiddos.

What advice do you have for newly diagnosed Dravet families?

Live day by day. Try not to worry about the what ifs. Just enjoy the day you have in front of you.
