Lenny Lopez
Leonardo (Lenny) was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He moved to Massachusetts as a young boy where he currently resides with his wife Amy and their two adopted children Becca and Isaias. At 16 months old Isaias was diagnosed with Dravet Syndrome after suffering from several different seizure types. Lenny has helped to support his daughter host two fundraising walks in honor of her brother. He has also supported his wife as she participated in the Boston Gala planning committee for the past 3 events.
Lenny and his wife have been strong advocates for medical cannabis use for epilepsy for over a decade. They helped spread awareness and education in a 2016 PBS documentary highlighting the benefits and progress their son has made with this therapy.
Lenny has worked at UPS for over 30 years. In his spare time, you can often find Lenny playing bass guitar, drawing, and fishing. He enjoys teaching Isaias how to play musical instruments, draw and master video games! Lenny loves spending quality time with his family exploring the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
