How does registration and hotel booking work if I receive a scholarship?
If your scholarship includes lodging, DSF Foundation will reserve your hotel room for Thursday–Saturday, June 25-27, 2026, based on the preferences you indicate in your application. Room types are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Online conference registration opens January 9, 2026, but scholarship applicants should wait to register until they receive their scholarship award letter. Scholarship notifications will be sent no later than February 27, 2026. Once awarded, registration must be completed by March 12, 2026 to confirm acceptance.
If registration or written acceptance is not received by the deadline, the scholarship may be offered to another family on the waitlist.
Can I bring additional guests or stay additional nights?
Yes. Additional guests must register separately and pay the associated registration fees.
Families are responsible for booking and paying for any hotel nights not covered by their scholarship. Details on how to reserve additional nights will be shared after registration.
